Shipping Policy

Orders for Bachan's sauces and available product options can be shipped when the destination and selected service are available at checkout.

Two separate delivery stages

We generally process an authorized order in 1–2 business days. The carrier's estimated travel time begins after dispatch and is 4–6 business days. Preparation and carrier travel are separate stages, with no promise of arrival on a fixed date. Saturdays, Sundays and relevant holidays do not count as business days.

The checkout summary displays the available delivery method and its charge before purchase.

Delivery details

Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address; carrier tracking follows when available.

If tracking stalls, a parcel appears lost, delivery is scanned but missing, or damage occurs in transit, write to kovukivuha652@gmail.com and include the order and tracking details plus relevant images.
