Payment Policy

Checkout displays the purchase total in USD and shows the payment methods currently available for that transaction.

What happens at payment

Successful payment authorization is required for order processing to proceed. Verification requests, a decline or a temporary hold can come from the payment service. Complete billing information helps it assess the transaction; ask the issuing bank or provider about account restrictions, held funds or exchange conversion.

Protecting card details

Provide sensitive card and verification information in the payment flow when requested, never in an ordinary message to support. Do not email a full card number, security code, login password or one-time authentication code.

The Refund Policy describes approved refunds back to the original payment method. Store initiation and the provider's later account posting are distinct events, so a processed refund may not appear immediately.
